1. The Car: After the serious car fun that was had on Sunday evening, it would seem that it was just the battery being completely and utterly dead. Since we already knew the battery was gone, Mom, Jeff, and I went to Wal-mart to purchase a new one. After installing it my car started right back up and we drove it the five miles (the tow guy said that if it was the alternator it would only last about two miles at most) to the place where we are living. Thus far it seems to be holding up but I'm still going to take it to get the alternator checked out just to be sure. btw thank you guys for not abandoning me to deal with that by myself.

2. The Academy Is... : The new album is pretty fantastic. I recommend it. Some of the songs have a vaguely Garden State feel to them. For the first time in a long while I actually went out and bought a CD. That was fun.
